This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which refunds are issued for any payments made in connection with instructional classes offered by "Strategic Movement Educational Healthcare Services, LLC“ Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By enrolling in or purchasing access to any of our instructional classes, whether delivered in person or online, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

All payments made to the Company for instructional classes are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Online courses
   
• Live or recorded workshops
   
• One-on-one coaching or tutoring sessions
   
• Group training sessions
   
• Course bundles or packages
   

Once payment is processed, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as expressly stated in this Policy.

The Company is not responsible for a Client’s inability to attend or participate in a scheduled class or session. No refunds, credits, or make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes due to:

• Scheduling conflicts
   
• Personal issues or obligations
   
• Illness or medical conditions
   
• Travel interruptions
   
• Other unforeseen circumstances
   

Clients are encouraged to plan accordingly to ensure full participation in the classes for which they register.

In certain instances, the Company may, at its sole discretion, permit a Client to reschedule a session or transfer enrollment to a future class. To be eligible for rescheduling:

• A written request must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
   
• Approval is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
   
• No rescheduling requests will be honored after the class has started.
   

If your purchase includes digital instructional materials — such as:

• Downloadable files
   
• Pre-recorded video content
   
• Online modules or virtual classroom access
   

— please note that no refunds will be issued once access has been granted. This includes situations where the materials were not accessed or used by the Client after purchase.

Refunds may only be issued under the following limited conditions:

• The Company cancels a class or training session for which you have already paid.
   
• A technical error results in a duplicate payment.
   

In such cases, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility for exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

• Have read and understood this No Refund Policy in full;
   
• Acknowledge that all sales are final; and
   
• Agree to be legally bound by the terms stated herein.
   

If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you should not proceed with registration or payment.
